Can any breed of dog attend the festival?

We welcome all breeds of dogs. But only Dachshunds can enter in the events.

How old does my dog have to be to attend?

For the safety & health of your dog we recommend from the age of 16-18 weeks by this time your dog should be fully vaccinated.

Can I bring puppies to sell on the day?

NO ! We do not promote or support the selling of puppies at our events, if you are caught doing so you will be asked to leave.

Do I have to bring a dog to attend?

Definitely not, there is lots for you to see and do. Sit down and watch the The Longdog Dash, do some shopping at the market stalls and grab a bite to eat.
